Miles For Moderation 2025


REGISTRATION FOR THE 2025 MILES FOR MODERATION

 

Miles for Moderation is month-long fitness challenge focused on getting active and drinking mindfully. With the support of our Miles for Moderation community, we will commit to either moving (walking, rowing, running, biking, etc.) a total of 30 miles in one month or getting 30 minutes of physical activity every day of the month. We will each also commit to one of the following: drinking only 30 drinks total for the month, reducing our current monthly drink total by 30 drinks or 30%, or abstaining for 30 days.

In addition to our course website, you will get access to our private Facebook group, daily email tips on how to improve physical activity, alcohol moderation and mental health, and weekly video meetings. Join us for this fitness journey!

While paid programs such as Miles For Moderation provide crucial income for our nonprofit, we believe that financial limitations should not be a barrier to accessing support. If the registration fee is a barrier for you, please email us at moderationmonth@moderation.org.
